These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where permitted by Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels Ia) and mandatory consumer law. Otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Where these Terms qualify as general terms and conditions (algemene voorwaarden) under Articles 6:231–6:234 Burgerlijk Wetboek, they are written in clear language. In case of ambiguity, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer shall prevail where required by mandatory Dutch consumer law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect (severability).
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
